Happy Saturday, Friends!
I had a candid conversation with a friend this week about her lack of self-worth. She shared with me that she often feels as if she’s a bother to others and, quite frankly, to herself.
She went on to tell me that she feels as if she never measures up and can’t help but constantly compare herself to the “other girls.” She simultaneously wowed with me with her transparency and saddened me with her low self-worth.
I can’t help but wonder if you’ve ever felt the same? Do you ever get caught in the comparison trap? Do you walk with yourself like a kind companion, or as a critic that picks out all the things that are “wrong” with you? Do you feel that you are lacking while others are shining?
Friends, comparing yourself to others is a lose-lose situation. There will always be someone who is taller, thinner, smarter, etc. You and I will never measure up to others. Do you know why? Because we are one-of-a-kind and uniquely made. You and I are imperfectly perfect, just like everyone else in the world.
Hey friend, hear me out on this: the world needs YOU…not some chameleon-like version of you who just tries to fit in. Do me a favor…show yourself the love and respect you deserve. Be unapologetically YOU. You are pretty darn special. Show the world what you got! Okay?
Without further ado, here are a few blogs that I want to share with you this week…
I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I did.

Whenever I click on the teal box in the email, I always get the oops not found message on your website. Then I enter in the search bar and get the oops not found message again. Can’t seem to find the Debbie downer characteristics.
Cheryl,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the links! Try this one.
